SIBO . . . do you know what this is???

Okay . . . so today, let's get down to the nit and grit of our "stomach" and "intestinal" issues . . .

Today . . . we need to talk about the condition called SIBO . . . which stands for "Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth"

Remember I told you that an "overgrowth" of the bacteria called "archaea" is responsible for SIBO???

Well . . . the U.S. National Library of Medicine defines this condition as . . . the "presence" of "excessive" bacteria in the small intestine.

And with that being said . . . SIBO is frequently implicated as the cause of chronic diarrhea, malabsorption, unintentional weight loss, nutritional deficiencies and "OSTEOPOROSIS".

That's right PEOPLE . . . "OSTEOPOROSIS" . . . my aging friends . . .

So why have most of us "NOT" heard of this condition before???

And why is this a "MISDIAGNOSED" disease???

Well . . . when we have symptoms . . . that we'll talk about in a moment . . .

But . . . our physician can't find anything wrong with us that's "textbook" . . .

We're diagnosed as having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) . . .

But . . . in reality . . .

Doctors "DON'T" test for SIBO . . . therefore . . . they don't know that our discomfort COULD BE . . . SIBO

And in fact . . . 50% of all diagnosed IBS cases . . . are "actually" cases of SIBO!!!

You see . . . IBS affects the "large intestine" . . .

Whereas . . . SIBO affects the "small intestine" . . . which ultimately . . . affects our "large intestine"!

And "IF" . . . you're being treated for IBS . . . but you really have SIBO . . .

You'll never be cured . . . SIMPLE AS THAT!!!

So what are some of the symptoms of SIBO???

Well . . . that would be . . .

Fatigue

Brain fog

Poor mood

Headaches

Joint pain

Bloating

Abdominal distension

Abdominal pain or discomfort

Diarrhea

Or even constipation

Does this sound like you???

Have you been misdiagnosed . . . or NOT diagnosed at all???

Well . . . the frequency and severity of the symptoms . . . determine the "degree" of "bacterial overgrowth" and "inflammation" the body is "harboring" in the "small intestine".

So tomorrow . . . let's dig a little deeper, to better understand.

This could be the "answer" . . . to many of your stomach and digestive issues.
