So today . . . let's talk about another one of the "major" players in "DESTROYING" our health.
And that would be with . . . "silicon dioxide" . . .
So let's better understand its history . . .
"Silicon dioxide" has been well known for its "hardness" since the 16th century . . . and is an important compound used in most types of "glass" and other "hard" substances like . . .
You see . . . "silicone dioxide" . . . exists in nature in a number of forms including . . . flint, opal and quartz
That's right PEOPLE . . . "ROCK"!
And food manufacturers take this "rock" (mostly quartz stone) . . . and use it as an "ANTI-CAKING AGENT" in the food we "EAT"!
How can this be???
And it's used in such items as . . .
Vegetable fat powder
Powdered soup seasoning
Just to mention a few
Now . . . the FDA says . . . "silicon dioxide" in food is "generally safe" for human consumption . . . AS LONG AS . . . it's consumed in SMALL AMOUNTS.
So why do they KEEP saying . . . in SMALL AMOUNTS . . . if they KNOW it's dangerous to our health???
And what are some of the dangers???
Okay . . . so moving on . . .
Well . . . consuming "TOO MUCH" silicone dioxide can cause . . .
Silicosis . . . a progressive irreversible lung disease
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease
And an increased risk to Tuberculosis
AND . . . "silicone dioxide" has been reported to induce activation of our "inflammatory cytokines"
That means . . . it's one of the "MAJOR" causes of "inflammation" in the body.
