So "IS" there a connection between "picking" our "nose" and "Alzheimer's"???

Well . . . to answer that question . . .
"I" couldn't find "ANY" evidence that the bacteria called "P, gingivalis" that is associated with "Alzheimer's" . . . is detected in the "NOSE"
So I would have to call this one . . . "lie, lie...pants on fire" as far as humans go.
Now . . . I'm not saying the research that was reported . . . isn't "true" in MICE . . . but I'm having a hard time believing . . . due to "my" research . . . "picking the "nose" in humans . . . is the cause of "cognitive decline".
Okay . . . so listen up people . . . because this is what "I DID FIND"
I found that many OTHER "bacterial" infections can be transmitted from the "nose" to the "brain" . . . due to "picking our nose" or "pulling the hair out of our nose" . . .
And this is due to "breaking" the protective "barrier" in the wall lining of the nose . . . allowing the bacteria to enter the "olfactory bulb" and therefore entering the "brain".
That part "is" all "TRUE" . . . but I couldn't find the specific "bacteria" that causes "Alzheimer's" listed anywhere.
But . . . I did find that the Journal of Science Advances states . . . "bacteria" normally present in the "MOUTH" . . . can release "toxins" that make their way into the "brain" . . . which can contribute to "Alzheimer's disease"
And what is this "oral bacteria" . . . BOOM . . . "P. gingivalis" . . . the one that's associated with "Alzheimer's".
