So what are some other "obstacles" to "losing weight"?


Okay . . . so first question of the week is this . . . what are the most common reasons we "FAIL" at "losing weight"???


Well . . . conventional dieting says . . . lack of support, lack of exercise, lack of willpower and emotion-driven goal-incongruent behavior.


Which would be things like us saying or thinking . . .


"I'm scared of failing again" . . . and with this . . . we find ourselves moving from one diet to the next in hopes we'll find one with better results


Or saying . . . "Life just gets in the way . . . I can't find the time to diet" . . .


Or how about . . . "Fresh food is just too expensive"


Or . . . "This Western diet is everywhere . . . I can't avoid eating "unhealthy" food"!!!!!


And you know what???


You "would" be justified in your thinking . . . because "NOT" all diets are correct . . . life is busy . . . fresh food is expensive . . . and this Western diet is EVERYWHERE we look.


So how do we "win" . . . this "battle of the bulge" and become a "healthier" person . . . inside and out???


Well . . . that would be with "KNOWLEDGE" my friends . . . and that's why I post Health tips everyday.


You see . . . "the biggest" CHALLENGES to losing weight . . . are "unfortunately" . . . the "habits" we deal with every day . . . like . . .


It's "hard" to "stop" snacking in between meals


Or "snacking" after dinner or late at night


We eat out of "boredom"


We're an "emotional" or "stress" eater


We drink alcohol and munch on snacks . . . and can't "stop" drinking alcohol


We have "no" time to cook a healthy meal


We're "too" tired to exercise


We "think" eating healthy is too expensive.


And even though . . . these are all "factors" in our life . . .


I think some of you . . . may "NOT" be listening . . .


Now . . . don't get mad at me . . . I'm not trying to "offend" anyone . . .


But . . . since the new year as started . . . I've given you the "information" on how to "STOP" most of these elements of "failing" at your "dieting" and "optimal" health.


The question is . . . have you listened???
