Sugar Detox

So yesterday we spoke about a way to help stop "sugar "craving.

Well . . . today we continue this conversation with a 3 day cleanse from sugar.

As I said yesterday . . . consuming "healthy fats" will help to stop sugar cravings . . .

Well . . . that's basically how you do a 3 day cleanse . . . consuming "healthy fats" and "proteins". All while eliminating the "bad" bacteria's food source.

As I stated a few Health tip back about candy . . . in 2 - 4 days of eating poorly a bacterial overgrowth can occur . . .

Well . . . in another 2 - 4 days the body can also "reverse" that bacterial overgrowth.

This kind of food plan will starve the "bad" bacteria and kill it. This will help to get your gut bacteria ratio of "good" to "bad" back in order.

So let's break it down if you're still confused.

These are the elements that the human body needs for elimination and optimal health.

"Protein Food Group" - are all foods made from meat, poultry, seafood, beans and peas, eggs, nuts and seeds.

Now . . . "carbohydrates" are the ones that most confuse people because they can be made up of fiber, starch and/or sugar.

"Simple Carbohydrate Food Group" - are foods that can be broken down quickly by the body to be used as energy. And they are found naturally in foods such as fruits, vegetables, milk and milk products.
