Okay, so last week we spoke about the benefits of the amino acid called "taurine".
And yesterday . . . I spoke about "mindful-AGING"
Well today . . . let's dig a little deeper . . . "if" . . . we're still talking about "KEEPING" our youthful glow.
You know . . . I haven't figured this out yet . . . but for some odd reason in life . . . our "HAIR" seems to mean a lot to us.
"All of us"!!!
Including me . . .
You see . . . throughout history . . . our "hair" has played a significant role in our society.
And this is due to it being associated with "youthfulness" . . . beauty in women . . . and virility and masculinity in men.
With our "hair" being the most noticeable part of our outside beauty . . .
It's said . . . that it "enhances" our "personality" . . . and many times we feel our "hair" is one of the most important parts of our body.
And . . . maybe rightly so . . . because when we tend to have a "BAD" hair day . . . the whole day seems to go to HELL in a handbasket.
So how does the amino acid called "taurine" fit into all of this???
