The "Beauty" of the Season

Every season we are blessed to encounter . . . is a "gift" to hold close to our heart.

Each season has its "grace" and "glory" . . . "its beauty" and its "wisdom"

And if our "health" has blessed us enough to watch another "season" pass by . . . we should never take these moments for "granted"

All too often . . . the things we take for "granted" in life . . . like the beauty of a brightly colored leaf . . . are the things someone else . . . may be "longer for".

Even something as "simple" . . . but . . . "magnificent" as the changing of the leaves and the "brilliants" of their transformation though life.

You see . . . we need to learn from the beauty of these "leaves" . . . how they grow old "gracefully" . . . and how full of light and color they are until their last day.

Malcolin Lowry once said . . .

The falling leaves in the forest seemed to make even the ground glow and burn with light.

We need to learn to open our eyes, our heart and our mind to the possibilities of life and what it has to offer.

If we've learned nothing else from the past few years of captivity and control from this pandemic . . . it's that we "must" enjoy the moments we have and don't let any day . . . anything . . . or anyone go "unnoticed".

Because many of us . . . will "never" know the "true value" of a moment . . . until it becomes a "memory"!

So this weekend I took a moment to be "mindful" and really "see" the "beauty" of mother nature and life!
