The "vagus nerve" . . . and "GLUTENS"!


So, last week . . . we discovered the possibility that "LOWER VAGAL TONE" . . . may be "STOPPING" you from obtaining your optimal health.


So, the question for today is this . . . Is our "vagal tone" being "disrupted" by the food we eat???


Well . . . "IF" . . . we eat an "inflammatory" food like "glutens" or "dairy" . . . the "vagus nerve" . . . recognizes this "inflammation" and danger to the body . . . and "alerts" the brain.


The "brain" . . . then "alerts" the "immune system" . . . to facilitate an "inflammatory response".


And some of the symptoms that can occur from this reaction would be . . .


Chronic pain

Fatigue

Dizziness

Lightheadedness

Spinning or pulling sensation

Poor focusing

Exercise intolerance

Emotional lability

Inflammation

Heartburn

Bloating

Diarrhea

Constipation

Tinnitus

Headache

Or Anxiety


And unfortunately . . . people who are sensitive to "glutens" can also experience "inflammation" and "brain" disorders like . . . autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease.


And other foods that can "inflame" the "vagus nerve" would be . . .


Alcohol

Spicy foods

And Caffeine


So, let's be more aware of the food we consume and what it may be doing to our "vagus nerve"
