The Value of Time!

Good Morning everyone . . . did you miss me? I'm so glad to be back in the saddle again. I truly did miss you all!

So let's catch up . . . how is everyone doing? I hope you're all safe and well. I'm doing great! So what have I been up to? Well, we made it through the tropical storm that hit Ct., And we were fortunate enough to only be without power for 5 days. Thank goodness for generators! I'm almost finished building my new office (pictures to come), did some landscaping, worked on my "compliant" cookbook (yes, I'm writing a cookbook) and took some "valuable time" to rest and reset my body, mind and spirit. And now I'm ready to jump on board with you to do more exploring and research.

So what have you all been up to? . . . I hope you've also had time to "Pause"!

Because when we take time for ourselves . . .

We learn the "value of time". This is so important because as we know . . .

"Time" waits for no one!

M. Scott Peck once said . . .

Until you "value" yourself, you won't "value" your time.

Until you "value" your time, you won't do anything with it.

"Time" is the most "valuable thing" a person can spend. And in no way can it be measured or saved. And whether we realize it or not . . .time plays a significant role in our lives.

How many times have we said . . . Oh my gosh . . . where did the time go?

We see our children and now grandchildren grow and we can't imagine where that time has gone and how it could have slipped by so fast.

But as we grow older . . . we truly begin to understand "time value". We learn to respect and understand this value of time because it can give many reactions, both good and bad.

There are 5 main human values that tend to change over time. These values are Love, Peace, Truth, Right conduct and Nonviolence. And they are all the natural and true characteristics of every human being.

You see . . . what values that suited us as children and what made sense to us then, most likely do not make sense to us now. Because in the "value of time" as we age . . . they become values that "strengthen"!

Time is something that should be treasured and appreciated. We need to learn to enjoy every moment of "it" in life. Because tomorrow we are not promised this moment of wonder big or small.

So let's use our time wisely and focus on family and our health.

"Value" yourself . . . so you can better 'value your time" .

Tomorrow's "value of time" will be about protecting our "Heart"!

So glad to be back in the loop.

As always, feel free to contact me here
