The wonders of "Copper"


The past few days we've spoken about 2 of the important elements to detoxifying the body of damaging waste. Today we'll talk about the 3rd. And that would be "Copper'.


"Copper" is an essential nutrient for the body. Together with" iron" . . . it enables the body to form red blood cells. It helps maintain healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves and immune function. "Copper" actually contributes to the absorption of iron in the body. Therefore, "copper" in the diet may help prevent cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis.


Some symptoms of "copper" deficiency are Anemia, a low level of white blood cells called neutrophils, osteoporosis, paleness of the skin or hair with less pigment than normal.


Now again . . . like I said yesterday . . . don't go running out to buy a supplement because too much of this mineral also can be detrimental to our health.


The best way to make sure you're getting enough "copper" is through a well balanced diet with such foods as:


Liver, Organ meats

Oysters

Lobster

Spirulina

Shiitake mushrooms

Nuts and Seeds

Leafy Greens


Okay, so how do "molybdenum" and "copper" function together in the body?


Well . . . as we have just discovered, it's very important for the body to maintain a healthy level of "copper". And guess what elements helps to control that level?


You got it . . . "Molybdenum"!!!


If there's ever too much "copper" in the body . . . and if there's ample Molybdenum , . . it will convert the excess toxic copper to eliminate it from the body . . .


So it is very important to consume all 3 of the elements we've been talking about on a daily basis.
