Time for some "YUMMINESS"


Today let's indulge in some yummy "Lemon Honey Sorbet"


And here we go . . .


Ingredients: 4 servings

1 cup of water

1/2 cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup of Manuka honey (no substitutes)

1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla powder (not extract)



Instructions:

In a blender: add water, lemon juice, honey and vanilla. Blend well


Taste the mixture . . . it you want it sweeter, add a little more honey.


Remove and put into a container to store in the freezer. Freeze overnight.


Remove the next day and serve


Calories per serving size scoop . . . 171 calories
