"Veggies" that burn "Belly Fat"

So the question for today is this . . . why is "belly fat" so "hard" to get rid of???
Well . . . the problem is this . . .
We have 2 kinds of "fat" . . . "visceral" . . . which is the dangerous interior fat . . . and "subcutaneous" . . . which is surface fat
And the only place the body carries "visceral fat" . . . is in our "BELLY"
So not only are we dealing with "subcutaneous fat" (surface fat) all over our body and "BELLY" . . . we also have to deal with the dangerous "visceral fat" IN our belly.
And that's why it's sooooooooo hard to get rid of our "INNER TUBE OF FAT"!!!
Okay . . . so why is "visceral fat" so dangerous to the body and our health???
Well . . . for one . . . this kind of "fat" wraps itself around our "organs".
And "visceral fat" is related to the "release" of "proteins" and "hormones" that can cause "inflammation".
This "inflammation" . . . can then "damage" our "arteries . . . enter the "liver" . . . and "negatively" affect how the body "breaks down" . . . sugar and fats.
Okay . . . so let's better understand . . .
As we know . . . "fat" gets stored when we consume "too many" EMPTY calorie foods . . . and have "too little" physical activity in our diet and life.
