"VERTIGO" and "HISTAMINE"

Okay . . . so last week we spoke about "histamine intolerance" and all the symptoms it can cause.
Well . . . this week . . . let's talk about a few more . . . with one being "VERTIGO" !
Now . . . conventional medicine tells us that there are 3 types of "vertigo" . . . and that this is a problem with our inner ear, brain or sensory nerve pathway.
And that "vertigo" is more common at the age of 65 and older . . . but we "can" see this illness any time in life.
Okay . . . so with that being said . . . this part is important . . .
"Vertigo" is a SYMPTOM . . . rather than an condition itself . . . of an underlaying illness or "deficiency".
And "vertigo" can result in . . .
Problems focusing the eyes
Dizziness
Hearing loss in one or both ears Loss of balance and may cause a fall
Ringing in the ears
Nausea and vomiting Balance problems
Tinnitus
Headaches
Motion sickness
Feeling of fullness in the ears
And Nystagmus - when the eyes move side to side uncontrollably
So why does "vertigo" happen suddenly . . . sometimes without any warning???
Well . . . this happens when small "crystals" break free and "float" inside the tubes of the inner ears . . . which is called the "semicircular canal.
So what "causes" inner ear "crystals" to "dislodge"???
Well . . . it could be from a past head injury . . . vestibular system issues . . . or even Meniere disease.
And when this does happen . . . the good news is . . . these "crystals" normally dissolve in about 20 hours.
Okay . . . so with "that" being said . . . How does conventional medicine tell us to cure or ease the pain and discomfort???
Well . . . with things like . . .
Lie still in a quiet, dark room to reduce the spinning feeling
Move your head carefully and slowly during daily activities
Sit down straight away when you feel dizzy
Turn on the lights if you get up at night
Use a walking stick if you're at risk of falling
Or using a technique called "canalith repositioning" . . . which is done by your doctor, an audiologist or a physical therapist.
BUT . . .
Again . . . I believe conventional medicine is "missing" the mark here . . .
Why you ask???
Well . . . believe it or not . . . "vertigo" is actually a "SYMPTOM" of "histamine intolerance".
And tomorrow . . . we'll discover why and how to fix it.
