What are "PRE" and "PRO" biotics all about?


So, we've been talking a "lot" about our "GUT" the past few months.


And this is due to "my" belief . . . that the greater majority of our ailments . . . whether it be . . . physical, emotional and mental . . . are all due to an "IMBALANCE" of "GUT FLORA" . . .


Which as we know from previous Health Tips . . . is the "good" to "bad" RATIO of bacteria in the "large" intestine.


So, the question for today is this . . . what does taking a "PRE" and "PRO" biotic do for our health???


Well . . . as we now know . . . keeping our "gut" bacteria "BALANCED" is important for all aspects of health.


And taking both of these elements . . . will help to promote the most "ideal" balance and environment between the "good" and the "bad" bacteria . . .


So now . . . I'm sure you're thinking . . . what's the difference???


Well . . . "PRE" biotics . . . are the food . . . that "FEEDS" . . . the "PRO" biotics


And "PRO" biotics . . . are what "REPLENISHES" our "good" bacteria in the body for optimal health.


Simple as that . . .


Okay . . . so what are some of the "signs" we need to be looking for to determine . . . "IF" we are "LOW" on "good" bacteria???


Well . . . we would notice . . .


Bloating

Cramping

Digestive issues like diarrhea and/or constipation

Gas

Or Indigestion, just to mention a few
