What can "trigger" a "Histamine" overload - continued???

Okay . . . so today . . . let's continue with what can "trigger" an "overload" of "histamine" in the body.
And here we go . . .
Some of the most common elements that we eat everyday would be . . .
Rich foods like . . .
Tofu
Soy sauce
CHEESE of any kind
Mushrooms
CHOCOLATE of any kind
YEAST products like breads and pastries
Sauerkraut
Smoked fish
Processed meats any thing from the diet or packaged
Some nuts and seeds
Foods with vinegar
Sweetened beverages
Fermented beverages
Over ripe fruit
And leftover in the refrigerator
Now . . . these are "all" elements that can cause an "increase" in "histamine" to the body.
BUT . . . BY "NO" MEANS . . . are they the "ROOT" CAUSE OF OUR DISCOMFORT.
You see , , , "histamine intolerance" and all those "allergies" and "allergic reactions" the body has . . . are really "NOT" a "DIETARY ISSUE" at all . . .
They're actually an "ENZYME" issue . . . or lack there of.
And when we take those "antihistamines" that conventional medicine prescribes . . . we may get some relief for that moment . . . but this is "not" a cure . . .
And in "reality" . . . those "antihistamines" are actually making our "ENZYME" deficiency . . . EVEN WORSE!!!!!
And guess what???
All those NSAIDs drugs we take like Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin Aspirins, Indomethacin (Indocin) and Diclofenac (Voltaren) . . . "ALSO" . . . deplete the enzyme called DAO.
And other prescriptions drugs that interfere with levels of DAO in the body are . . .
"Antibiotics" and "Antidepressants"
So PEOPLE . . . could this really be the answer to many of our health issues???
Is our "acid reflux", stomach issues, IBS, asthma, migraines, tinnitus . . . the list goes on and on . . . really just a "deficiency" in the enzymes called DAO???
Is this possibly a "LIGHT BULB" moment???
Okay . . . so let's continue . . .
What else can "BLOCK" our DAO . . . resulting in our "histamine" going wild???
Well . . . for one . . . "CAFFEINE" . . .
So if you have an "allergy" or any of the symptoms we listed on day one of this week . . . try eliminating chocolate, caffeinated coffee and anything that contains "caffeine".
Another one is "green" tea and "black" tea . . . they both "block" the DAO enzyme that breaks down "histamine" in the body.
Go figure . . . I thought "green" tea what good for us???
Well . . . in this situation . . . maybe not!
Okay . . . so moving on . . .
In the act of "digestion" . . . "histamine" stimulates "stomach acid" . . . which is our first line of defense against "bad" bacteria and any foreign pathogen we might ingest when eating our food.
Now . . . that's how it's supposed to work . . . but . . . there are some "bacteria" in the body that actually "produce" even more "histamine".
And if we have "TOO MUCH" of this "histamine" in the stomach . . . we have "acid reflux".
Therefore . . . many people that have "histamine intolerance" . . . experience gastrointestinal symptoms like bloating, constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, or abdominal cramping.
So tomorrow . . . let's figure out how to help "control" our "histamine intolerance"
