What don't we understand about "LECTINS"?


So today . . . my plan was to talk about "skipping meals" . . . but a dear friend got in touch with me about having some health issues and we determined these issues were caused by "lectins"


So since we were talking about "pasta" yesterday . . . which by the way is loaded with "lectins" . . . I thought we'd try to better understand . . .


Okay . . . so listen up PEOPLE . . . we as the general public and the medical profession . . .


JUST DON'T GET IT . . .


How many times in your life . . . have you gone to the doctors for an ailment and been prescribed an "antibiotic" or "steroids"???


I'm sure the times are "plentiful".


And every time you've taken that "antibiotic" . . . it kills the "good" bacteria in our intestines and believe it or not . . . it takes 1 whole year for the body to replenish the "good" bacteria that was lost.


Now . . . "steroids" do the same thing to the body . . . but . . . it takes 5 years for the body to replenish what was lost.


This applies to children and adults


So you can clearly see . . . our body is always lacking the "good" bacteria we need for optimal health . . . leaving us with a compromised immune system.


Okay . . . so where do "lectins" come into play???


Well . . . "lectins" are nothing other than a small "protein" that are on almost all vegetables, grains and fruits. And the reason for this . . . is to protect that veggie, grain and/or fruit.
