What foods can "damage" our "lungs?

So what are 2 of the most "damaging" foods to our "LUNGS"???
Well . . . on the top of the list . . .
"Simple carbohydrates" . . .
Now remember . . . "simple carbs" are "SUGAR" . . . and not just "table sugar" . . .
They're also the "sugar" in fruits, milk . . . and the "REFINED" sugars added to most processed foods like . . . white bread
You see . . . a metabolism of "carbohydrates" like sugar, starch and fiber . . . produces the most "carbon dioxide" in ratio to the oxygen we use to breathe.
Meaning . . . we inhale oxygen . . . and exhale carbon dioxide.
But . . . with "asthma" or "COPD . . . these people have a "hard" time "EXHALING" carbon dioxide . . . so too many "simple carbohydrates" can become a build up of carbon dioxide in the lungs and now . . . HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!
We now have a flare up of "damage" to the lungs.
So think twice when you have a slice or 2 of white bread.
You see . . . White bread is a "refined grain" . . . which means it's "LOADED" with "SUGAR" . . . and little to "NO" nutritional value.
Okay . . . now, another evil to "lung health" would be . . . "chocolate"!
Believe it or not . . . "chocolate" can cause "hyperventilation" or "over breathing"
Not to mention it's loaded with "simple carbohydrates" (SUGAR)!
And with this . . . "hyperventilation" can cause "anxiety and "asthma" attacks.
And finally . . . "cold cuts"
Yes . . . "cold cuts"
There's actually a "link" between processed or cured meats and . . . "damaged" lung function.
You see . . . the "nitrites" in processed meat like bacon, ham, deli meat and sausage . . . can cause "inflammation" and "stress" to "lung tissue".
And with this . . . "damage" to the lungs!
So next time you decide to have a "cold cut" sandwich on white bread . . . with a little chocolate treat for dessert . . . think about the health of your "lungs" first.
And for those of you adults out there that what an "alcoholic" beverage to go this that sandwich . . .
Well . . . "alcoholic" drinks contain "sulfites" . . . which are a commonly used preservative.
But . . . the problem is this . . . There's a "reflex" contraction of the airways to the lungs when we swallow an alcoholic beverage.
You see . . . when we swallow that beverage . . . this "reflex" contraction allows the body to "inhale" . . . "SULFUR DIOXIDE"
And this "sulfur dioxide" . . . now forms in the airways of the lungs and can affect the airway "mucus" . . . which again . . . alerts the immune system to make too many antibodies and therefore . . . histamine . . . and BOOM . . . we have damage to the lungs . . . So please . . . be aware of our "lung health" . . .
