What is a "PRE" biotic???


Okay . . . so like I said yesterday . . . a "PRE" biotic . . . is the "FOOD" that "FEEDS" . . . a "PRO" biotic.


You see . . . just like us as human beings . . . our "good" bacteria also needs "food" to eat to survive.


And that's why we need to add "PRE" biotic food to our diet . . . to "feed" our "good" bacteria in our large intestine.


Simple as that . . .


Okay . . . so let's continue . . .


Next question . . . where can we find this "PRE" biotics food???


Well . . ."PRE" biotics occur "naturally" in some "high-fiber" foods . . .


But . . . they can also be manually "added" to the diet in "supplement" form.


So, what are some good examples of "prebiotics" ???


Well . . . that would be . . .


Apples

Artichokes

Asparagus

Bananas

Garlic

Greens

Onions

Just to mention a few . . .


But the best example would be . . . "BLUEBERRIES"!!!


You see . . . "blueberries" are "rich" in "prebiotics" . . . which serves as a precursor to "probiotics" . . . which contributes to healthy bacteria in the gut and colon.


And their "potent" anti-inflammatory properties . . . can "alter" the ratio of "good" to "bad" bacteria . . . therefore . . . reducing "INFLAMMATION"!!!


And as a bonus . . .


A diet "high" in "PRE" biotics . . . can not "only" reduce "stomach inflammation" . . . improve "gut" health and "increase" satiety after a meal . . .


"PRE" biotics can "also" . . . get rid of the dangerous "visceral fat" in the abdomen that wraps around our organs and can cause illness, weight issues and disease.


And therefore . . . consuming "PRE" biotics on a daily basis . . . and "feeding" our "good" bacteria . . . has the ability to "regulate" our "metabolism" . . . to help us "LOSE WEIGHT"!!!


WHOOHOO!!!!


But . . . one of the important elements that "science" and "conventional" medicine or dieting "DOES NOT" tell us . . . is that . . . "PRE" biotics "MUST" be consumed (food or supplement form) . . . "WITH a MEAL" . . .


So remember . . . if you're eating . . . also feed your "good" bacteria at the same time


NOTE: Many over the counter "PRE" biotic supplements . . . tell you to take them WITH your "PRO" biotic . . . and this is so very wrong people . . . and tomorrow you'll find out why . . .
