What is a "SPORE-FORMING" probiotic???


So today . . . let's continue to discover what a "spore-forming" PRO biotics is and why they're so important to optimal health.


Now . . . as I stated the other day . . . "PRE" biotics are food for the "PRO" biotics


And "PRO" biotics are "live" active cultures that "replenish" our "good" bacteria in the "large" intestine.


But . . . as we have also discovered from yesterday's Health Tip . . . not all "PRO" biotics are created equal.


Okay . . . so let's better understand . . .


We now know that "PRE" biotics need to be taken with a meal . . .


But, what about "PRO' biotics???


Well . . . when a "PRO" is taken on an "EMPTY" stomach . . . especially a "spore-forming" one . . . it "'improves" their survival rate through stomach acids.


Why you ask???


Well . . . if you take them "WITH" food . . . the digestive tract has to "not only" digest the food . . . but also the "pro" biotic . . . remember . . . a "pro" biotics is NOT FOOD . . . so it has to hang around until the food you consumed is digested . . .


But . . . taken on an "empty" stomach . . . they can be digested very quickly.


And with this . . . they can help the body maintain a healthy community of microorganisms . . . or . . . help the body's community "return" to a healthy condition after being disturbed.


So if you see signs like . . .


Brain fog

Abdominal pain

Chronic fatigue

Sleep disturbances

Mood disturbances

Depression

Or Anxiety . . .


These are "all" signs . . . that you NEED "pro" biotics in your diet.


And guess what???


Not only is taking a "pro" biotic on an "empty" stomach a good idea . . .


Taking them "before" bed is an even "better" idea.


Why you ask???


Well . . . it gives the "pro" biotic MORE TIME in the gut (large intestine) . . . due to you being in sleep mode and hormonally "fasting" . . . to do their job correctly.


This is turn . . . gives the "pro" biotics (good bacteria) . . . more time to "heal" the digestive tract . . . which is what we're looking for.
