What is being "Mindful" all about?

Okay . . . so the first question for today is this . . . are you a . . .

"Mind-full" person . . .

Or a "Mindful" person???

Well today . . . let's discover the "difference" . . . and why being "mindful" is so important to ones "health".

Now . . . being "mind-full" . . . means . . . over-thinking, which can become toxic and lead to unhappiness,

It can cause . . . anxiety and sleep deprivation. And when your "mind" is so "full" with thoughts . . . it can even "alter" the mind's capability to "process" new "incoming" information.

This now becomes a "mental overload" and the "body" no longer is "aware" of its true "surrounding".

Now . . . being able to "multitask" is a good thing in life . . . but . . . when we have "too" much on our plate . . . this "increases" the production of the "stress" hormone called "cortisol" and our "adrenaline" . . .

And with this . . . the brain becomes "overstimulated" and "overloaded" with "thought".

This is being "mind-full" . . .

Okay . . . so "mindful or "mindfulness" . . . means maintaining a "moment-by-moment" awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and our surrounding environment.

It's about living in the "moment" of our "thoughts" in that time and place . . .
