What is "Thanksgiving's" . . . favorite "Spice"?

So, I hope you all had a "wonderful" weekend . . .

Because this week . . . another "holiday" is upon us . . .

And instead of all that "CANDY" to eat . . .

It's "now" all about . . . that yummy "heavy" Thanksgiving food . . .

So what makes "this" holiday . . . like no other???

Well . . . that would be the "favorite" spice of "Thanksgiving" called . . . "Nutmeg"

"Nutmeg" has become the "key" spice for any Thanksgiving meal . . . and is one of the essential spices "responsible" for giving "pumpkin pie" its flavor.

You see . . . "Nutmeg" is used to give warmth to a vegetable dish like carrots . . . or to give sweetness and spice flavor to your pie.

But . . . did you know "nutmeg" goes way beyond just making your Thanksgiving smell and taste like a traditional Thanksgiving???

"Nutmeg" is found to have many "health" benefits also.

It has the ability to relieve pain, soothe indigestion, strengthen cognitive function, detoxify the body, boost skin health, alleviate oral condition, reduce insomnia, increase immune system function and prevent leukemia, and improve blood circulation.

Oh man . . . I bet you didn't know that great Thanksgiving taste . . . was this important to our health!

"Nutmeg" also comes packed with antioxidants and anti-aging properties that fight off the cell-damaging free radicals causing oxidative stress . . . making you look older than your age.

Whoo-hoo . . . I'm all for that!!!!

"Nutmeg" has a calming effect and it can even induce sleep and de-stress. So not only is that turkey with its "tryptophan" making you sleepy after dinner . . . so is the pumpkin pie.

And watch out people . . . "nutmeg" is known as a "sex-enhancer".

So guys listen up . . . if your ladies seem a little frisky after dinner . . . it's due to the "nutmeg".

"Nutmeg" calms the nervous system and improves blood circulation to the reproductive organs, which increases "LIBIDO" . . .

BUT . . . this only affects women!!!

That's why it's called . . . women's Viagra.
