What "kind" of "FAT" in the body - do we need?

Okay . . . so yesterday, we spoke about the 3 "places" FAT is stored in the body.

And that would be . . .

"Essential fat" . . . throughout the body . . . that we "can't" live without

"Subcutaneous fat" . . . just under the surface of the skin . . . that we all "HATE" to see

And "Visceral fat" . . . wrapped around our "organs" . . . that could cause disease

So today . . . let's talk about the 3 "types" of "fat cells" we carry in the body.

Now . . . "WHITE fat cells" . . . are the most predominant type of "fat" in the human body . . .

And they can be found just beneath the skin in the "subcutaneous fat" . . . around internal organs in the "visceral fat" . . . and in the central cavity of bones in "essential fat" . . .

"White fat" stores "energy" and produces a hormone that improves "insulin sensitivity" of the liver and muscles . . . and with this . . . it has the ability to "lower" the risk of "type 2 diabetes".

BUT . . . if we have "TOO MANY" white fat cells . . . this can actually "RAISE" insulin levels and lead to "obesity".

And with this . . . "white fat" stores those "EXTRA" calories from the "EMPTY CALORIE" foods we consume . . . in our thighs, hips, and stomach . . . which again . . . can "RAISE" the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
