Who knows what "Cardamom" is?


So any guesses on what "Cardamom" is???


Well . . . it's a spice that's deep and earthy in flavor, but sharp, spicy with a crisp hint of sweet . . .


Now . . . "Cardamom", ginger and turmeric all belong to the same botanical family. But ginger and turmeric are roots, where "cardamom" are seeds.


"Cardamom" can be enjoyed in sweet and savory dishes and be paired with several other flavors such as ginger, citrus, rose water, coconut, pumpkin/squash, nuts and cinnamon.


So what are the benefits of this savory little seed???


We've been talking a lot about "good" and "bad" bacteria and the digestive tract . . .
