Why are "spore-forming" probiotics so important to our health?


So the question for today is this . . . why are SPORE-FORMING "PRO" biotics so important for optimal health???


Well . . . the answer to that would be . . .


As we now know . . . most "pro" biotics "cannot" survive the harsh environment of stomach acids . . . and therefore . . . get burnt up!


But . . . "spore-forming" based "pro" biotics . . . are encapsulated with a hard shell or "endospore" . . . just like a "bean" you would plant in the ground . . .


This in turn . . . making them "very" stable and "highly" resistant to extreme conditions like stomach acids.


So, in other words . . . they're "heat resistant"!!!


And when they reach their destination of the "large intestine" . . . these little guys are "responsible" for "REBUILDING" our army of "good" bacteria


You see . . . once these "spore-forming" probiotics get through the stomach acid and reach the "small" intestine . . . they come "OUT" of their "endospore" (bean like shell) . . . and become "active"!!!


Now, they can travel to the "large" intestine and "slowly colonize" our gastrointestinal tract.


How you ask??


Well . . . these little "spore-forming" probiotics . . . once in the "large" intestine . . . attach to the intestinal wall and . . . "SPROUT" like a bean in the soil.


"Colonizing" . . . and "building" an army of "good" bacteria for optimal health.


And as a bonus . . . they can also . . . target and kill harmful "bad" bacteria in the gut!


So . . . what have we learned???


To add "PRE" biotics to your meals . . . to "FEED" our "PRO" biotics and "good" bacteria . . .


Take a "spore-forming" "PRO" biotic on an empty stomach . . . to build back our defense system for optimal health . . .


And . . . let the "colonizing" begin!!!
