Why do we "need" carbohydrates for "dinner"?

So yesterday . . . we spoke about why it's a "BAD" idea to have "carbohydrates" in the morning.

We spoke about . . . due to the hormone called "cortisol" being at its "peek" level in the morning . . . and adding "carbohydrates to this "elevation" . . . will "surely" cause a "spike" in our "blood glucose" levels

And with this . . . causing "craving" all day long.

So why is it "better" to have "carbohydrates" in the late afternoon and early evening . . . meaning for "dinner"???

Well . . . for one . . . the hormone "cortisol" . . . is at its "lowest" . . . and "carbohydrates" can do their job "without" any interruptions.

You see . . . the body "undergoes" most of its "repair" and "recovery" while we're "sleeping" . . . and with this . . . the body can then utilize both "protein" and "carbohydrates" we ate for dinner.

You see . . . "carbohydrates" consumed at this time of day . . . can not only "block" cortisol production . . . but . . . "provide" necessary resources for the body to "build" muscle . . . and "BURN FAT".

Not to mention . . . we'll get a better "night's sleep"

Simple as that . . .

So if you want to "lose weight" . . . "stop" the cravings . . . and correct the body's "internal dialogue" for optimal health . . .

You need to do "pattern eating" and follow its "compliancy".

Tomorrow, we'll pick up where we left off and talk about "meal prep"
