Why is SIBO so hard to get rid of?

I hope you all had an "awesome" weekend . . .

So today . . . let's talk about "why" SIBO is so difficult to "kill" . . . and remove from the body.

And worse yet . . . so "hard" to keep an "overgrowth" from "REOCURRING" . . . if you "can" get rid of it???

Well first . . . we must understand . . . that an "SIBO" can go "UNDETECTED" and "UNDIAGNOSED" for year . . . and that's one of the main reasons . . . it's hard to get rid of.

Just think . . . How many times in your life . . . have you had a "bloating" stomach . . . or a bout of constipation or diarrhea???

What about unexplained "joint pain" and "muscle weakness"???

Or how about . . . "brain fog" . . .

Well . . . if you can answer "YES" to any of these issues . . . then you many have an "SIBO" harboring in your "small intestine".

With all of this . . . changing your "quality of life"!!!

And even if you're a people that gets "regular" colonoscopies . . . this test will NOT detect or determine if you have "bad" bacteria in the "small intestine" . . . due to a colonoscopy . . . "ONLY" viewing the "large intestine"!

So how can we get rid of a " small intestinal bacterial overgrowth"???

Well . . . the answer to that would be . . .

First . . . it would take a combination of a natural treatment protocol, antibiotics . . . and a change in diet.

Meaning . . . a "LIFESTYLE CHANGE"!!!

And that right there my friends . . . is a difficult task for most of us!

Why . . . because this is a "long-term healing" process.

So why "doesn't" SIBO just go away easily???

Well . . . this is due to "BIOFILM" . . . which we've spoken about many times before . . .

You see . . . "biofilm" can form around the bacteria as a protective shield . . . like a suit of armor so to speak.

And with this . . . it makes it almost impossible to eliminate.

So how do you get rid of SIBO???

Well . . . first and foremost . . . we need to stop eating this "Western diet" . . . with its GMO plants, sugars, preservatives and packaging.

We need to go back to eating as our forefathers did.

Next, we need to have a good "killing protocol" to stop the "bad" bacteria from reproducing.

Then we need to replace our digestive enzymes and stomach acids to their normal range to help eliminate our food properly and eliminate waste in a timely manner.

Then "add" back into the body the "good" bacteria . . . our defense system for optimal health and keeping the "bad" bacteria at bay.

We need to learn "HOW" to "balance" our lifestyle with more exercise or activities, less stress and a "healthy diet".

So tomorrow . . . let's finish this topic with a good protocol.
