Detoxing an "overload of sugar" with "Herbs", "Minerals", "Enzymes" and MORE!


So today let's finish this topic of how to "take back our control" over "SUGAR"


Okay . . . so to continue with the subject of "detoxing" and "flushing" out the body of extra "sugar" . . .


"Lemon water" is a great way to prevent "blood sugar spikes" and can help to keep us "hydrated".


Drinking "green tea" or "ginger tea" are other good avenues.


You see . . . "ginger" stimulates digestion and circulation . . . which helps to remove waste and toxins (sugar) from the colon and liver.


"Turmeric" is also a great herb for a "sugar detox" . . . due to it supporting "liver function" . . . all while helping to regulate "blood sugar", lower cholesterol levels and help reduce inflammation.


Okay . . . now let's talk about "CURBING" those "sugar cravings" . . .


There's an essential mineral called "Chromium" that the body needs . . . but we only get very small amounts from the food we eat.


And this mineral . . . "stabilizes" blood sugar levels . . . which lessens the "brain's" demand for excess "sugar" when we're feeling hungry. This mineral "enhances" the action of the hormone "insulin".


Now . . . "glutamine" is the body's most abundant "amino acid" . . . which is called the "miracle worker" when it comes to "cutting" sugar cravings. But . . . certain medical conditions including injuries, surgery, prolonged stress and having an overgrowth of "BAD BACTERIA" . . . the one I'm always talking about . . . can "decrease" this "miracle worker" in the body . . . and BOOM . . . we find ourselves uncontrollably eating sweets.


Okay . . . so listen up people . . . this is a biggie . . .


There's a digestive enzyme called "lipase" . . . it helps the body break down fat and burn it for fuel.


BUT . . . MOST OF US ARE "DEFICIENT" in this enzyme . . . and when we are . . . we don't digest correctly . . . and we now get an "energy crash" . . . which leads us to wanting "sugary sweets".


So when we make "sure" we have enough of this digestive enzyme . . . we will also "CONTROL" the body's "sugar cravings".


Now . . . "B" vitamins, like "B-complex" . . . are involved in thousands of processes in the body. But . . . if we have a "deficiency" . . . this affects our metabolism, nervous system and "brain" health.


And "B-complex" helps to process our food . . . which reduces the need for "sugar cravings".


And finally . . . "neurotransmitters" . . . like L-glutamine, GABA and D-phenylalanine . . . are excellent for "EMOTIONAL EATERS". If our "sugar cravings" are brought on by excess stress . . . these elements have the ability to "rebalance" the brain's chemistry . . . therefore . . . "stopping the cravings".
