Okay . . . so, what are these "PROBIOTICS" . . . that can "save" our health???
And why are they step #3 . . . in my formula for "optimal health"???
Well . . . "probiotics" . . . are in certain foods . . . or in supplement form . . . that "contribute" "LIVE" beneficial microbes to the "population" of our own "good" bacteria . . . already in the "large" intestine . . .
And adding "probiotics" to the diet . . . can only "strengthen" our immune system and strengthen the "community" and "colonies" of our "good" bacteria.
Okay . . . so, one of the very important functions of "probiotics" and our "good" bacteria . . . would be . . .
To help send food through the gut by affecting "nerves" that "control" gut movement . . . which in turn . . . can help issues like IBS.
So, I guess the next question we need to ask would be . . . how do we know . . if we "need" probiotics???
Well . . . some signs that we are "deficient" would be . . .
