So, today . . . let's talk more about step #3 in my theory and formula to "optimal health.
Now . . . yesterday, we discovered what the symptoms were all about . . . for a "probiotic" deficiency in the "large" intestine . . .
So, next question . . . when is the best time to take a "probiotics"???
Well . . . "no" matter what the supplement bottle says . . . the "BEST" time to take a "probiotic" is either . . . between meals on an empty stomach . . . or before bed . . . again, on an empty stomach.
Why you ask???
Well . . . simply put . . . they "DON'T" have to "compete" with food being digested.
This makes them more potent and "powerful".
Same for taking them before bed . . .
You see . . . when you sleep . . . the digestive system is able to "relax" from processing and breaking down food . . .
This in turn . . . allows the body to "utilize" the probiotic's benefits more efficiently.
Now . . . we also need to talk and "PRE" biotics . . . because they're the "FOOD" that "FEEDS" the "PRO" biotics.
BUT . . . since "PRE" biotics are food in themselves . . . we need to take them . . . when we eat!!!
