Miracle Meadows is about the goodness from
the earth and the "knowledge" to
better understand it!
Even though I'm a retired certified Naturopathic Practitioner . . .
I still feel we "all" need the wisdom and information that
Conventional Medicine . . . just isn't giving us!
And that's why I offer all my years of research in the form of books and tutorials.
I've also spent years researching "herbs" and "spices" for optimal health.
You see . . . these elements from the earth and mother nature are a "key" factor to our health.
And this is due to their rich content of "phytochemicals" and "antioxidants",
which have anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and protective effects against
various diseases. They can also enhance digestion and even improve our mood.
So, let's break it down to better understand . . .
Spices and Herbs have these features . . .
1. Antioxidant Power - that combat "free radicals", reduce cell damage and potentially lower the risk of chronic diseases like . . . cancer, heart disease
and neurodegenerative diseases.
2. Anti-inflammatory properties - Many herbs and spices, like turmeric and ginger, possess anti-inflammatory compounds that can help alleviate pain,
reduce swelling, and potentially prevent or manage chronic inflammatory conditions.
3. Immune System Support - these elements can boost the immune system, making the body more resilient to infections and illnesses
4. Digestive Aid - spices and herbs like . . . peppermint and ginger, can aid digestion by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and promote a healthy gut function
5. Mood and Cognitive Enhancement - herbs like . . . rosemary and turmeric have the ability to improve mood and cognitive function due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
6. Heart Health - garlic and cinnamon have the potential to improve heart health including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels
7. Diabetes Management - cinnamon and fenugreek can improve insulin sensitivity
8. Cancer Prevention - with thyme having anticancer properties . . . it has the ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and reduce the risk of certain types of cancer.
9. Other herbs can contribute to weight management, improve sleep, alleviate headaches and help with arthritis
With this . . . and my love for the "mechanics" of the human body and mother earth's food . . . I became a certified Herbalist and created my own "blend" of spices and herbs for optimal health called . .
"Momma Mimi's Spice Blend"
