"DRY Brushing"?????

Okay . . . so today . . . let's talk about another way to "stimulate" the lymphatic system to working properly.

And that would be with . . . "dry brushing" . . .

Now . . . as we spoke the other day about "rebounding" using "GRAVITY" to pull "lymph" back down to "complete" its cycle . . .

Today . . . we're going to talk about "STIMULATION" . . .

So what's the difference you ask???

Well . . . "GRAVITY" . . . we work "AGAINST" lymph's natural "flow" . . . to "PULL" it back down to "complete" the cycle.

Whereas . . . "STIMULATION" . . . we work "WITH" lymph's natural "flow" . . . to "PUSH" it up to "complete" the cycle.

And that's where "dry brushing" comes into play.

So . . . how do we do this you ask???

Well . . . as I stated . . . we would "brush" in the direction that "lymph" flows on its own.

So, we would . . .

Start at the TOES . . . moving up the body to the heart.

Use this "special" brush with . . . light pressure in areas where the skin is thinner . . . and harder pressure on thicker skin.

After that . . . we would start "again" at the FINGERS . . . and work towards the heart to repeat this process.

Now . . . remember . . . this is a long, direct stroke . . . avoid any back and forth or circular motions . . . and do "both" front and back of the body.

Okay . . . so, the "rebounding" we spoke of the other day . . . can be done everyday . . . several times a day . . .

In fact . . . cancer patients "rebound" for 2 minutes . . . every hour of the day to eliminate cancer cells and/or cancer treatments that remain in the body . . . the aftermath" as they say.

Whereas . . . "dry brushing" . . . is only recommended for once or twice a week . . . due to it also "exfoliating" the skin.

Now . . . it's also recommended to take a "shower" after "dry brushing" . . .

This is due to "dry brushing" loosening up "dead skin cells" . . .

And taking a shower after . . . will help to eliminate them from the body.

"I" personally . . . "dry brush" . . . take a shower with a natural "probiotic soap" . . . towel dry and then moisturize my new skin with "Coconut oil".

Now . . . a word of caution . . . "dry brushing" may NOT be good for those of you that have eczema, psoriasis or rashes.

Using another method of "lymphatic drain" would be advisable for you.

Tomorrow . . . let's talk about "towel drying" for "lymphatic drain"
