How should we drink our "water"?

So, today's question is this . . . should we "guzzle" or "sip" our water throughout the day???
And the answer to that would be . . .
"SIP"!!!
You see . . . as we "sip" our water . . . if we let the water "stay" in our mouth . . . for a little longer than normal . . . it actually helps the "alkalizing saliva" . . . pass through the esophagus to the stomach to help "neutralize" acidic levels in the water.
Therefore . . . "sipping" our water throughout the day . . . allows the body to "process" nutrients and minerals properly.
We would also need to adhere to the rules of the MMC (Migrating Motor Complex) that we've spoken about many time before.
Meaning . . .
Drink water 30 minutes before a meal
And Do NOT drink "ANYTHING" . . . WITH a meal.
This is due to the "liquid" washing food to the stomach too fast . . . and causing "overeating" . . . bloating, indigestion and other digestive issues.
Only take sips of "liquid" if you have a food that needs a little help being moved down the esophagus.
Next in the MMC rules . . . after the meal is done . . . drink and/or eat NOTHING for 90 minutes so our food can digest properly.
After the 90 minute digestion time . . .
The next 120 minutes is called the MMC . . . and this is when you would want to sip water for that 120 minutes. EATING and DRINKING . . . NOTHING . . . but water.
This act . . . actually help the MMC function properly.
And with this . . . our organs get to take a break . . . the body flushes out toxins . . . and the body burns fat.
Then start the whole process all over again for the next meal.
This process is done 3 times throughout the day.
Another issues is the temperature of the water we consume.
You should "sip" on "warm" water or at least at room temperature throughout this process . . . and this is due to warm water helping "cleanse" the digestive tract and "increase" metabolism.
Now . . . did you know you should always "drink" water . . . "SITTING DOWN"???
Well . . . studies show . . . "standing" and drinking water allows the fluid to pass through our digestive system "without" any "filtration" to the lower stomach under high pressure conditions.
And with this . . . it causes the water impurities to settle in the bladder and damage the functioning of the kidneys . . . and with this . . . it can add to UTIs
So, what's the "10 sip rule"???
Well . . . every time you drinking your water . . . take 10 sips
Do it sitting down with good posture . . .
And hold the water in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing . . . so the water becomes "body temperature" and more "alkalized"
This will all . . .
Increase energy
Curb cravings
Improve metabolism
Better circulation
Relieve pain
and increase injury recovery
So, what's the "golden rule" of drinking water???
Well . . . the golden rule of HYDRATION . . . is to drink . . .
50% of your body weight in ounces per day
So, get you "WATER GROOVE" ON PEOPLE . . .
