Keeping our "Mitochondria" healthy
So, yesterday . . . we discovered ways to keep our "Mitochondria" healthy through the "FOOD" we eat . . . and DON'T eat . . . So, today . . . let's continue with other facets to our healthy "CELLS" like . . . FOCUSING ON . . . "Regular exercise" like . . . a brisk walk and strength training using light dumbbells or resistance bands "Quality sleep" . . . which allows our "Mitochondria" to CLEAR out damaged parts of cells and REPAIR themselves as we sleep "Stress Management" . . . high...

So, today . . . let's concentrate on HOW to FIX our MITOCHONDRIA . . . for optimal health!!! First and foremost my friends . . . We NEED to STOP eating this "processed" Western diet . . .
