How to help "erase" Dementia - continued

So, yesterday we spoke of how the combination of vitamin D3 and Omega 3 fatty acids have shown to clean out the "plaques" in the brain that causes Alzheimer's.

So today . . . let's continue to discover the possibilities . . .

But first . . . what are the "foods" that INCREASE "amyloid plaques" in the brain???

Well . . . simply put . . . this Western diet we love so much with all its "Omega 6 fatty acids".

And many of the foods we LOVE cause "inflammation" and "generation" of plaques in the brain . . . which eventually impairs cognition.

So, what are some of the "biggest" offender???

Well . . . they would be . . .

White bread

Processed meat

So, what's the "KEY" to removing "plaques" from the brain???

Well . . . research from the Keck School of Medicine of USC states . . . THE BODY'S IMMUNE SYSTEM MAY BE ABLE TO CLEAR THE BRAIN OF TOXIC PLAQUE BUILD-UP causing Alzheimer's disease . . . reversing memory loss and brain cell damage.

I personally . . . believe this to be a "true" statement due to my own research of the body's "mechanics".

Okay . . . so how do we fix our "immune system" and help to fight dementia and Alzheimer's???

Well . . . one of the biggest secrets that I've found is . . . "SPINACH"!!!

You see . . . "spinach" has been associated with "SLOW age-related cognitive decline" . . .

And this is due to the neuroprotective effects.

"Spinach" supports brain health . . . due to it containing high amounts of "antioxidants like vitamin A, Lutein and Carotene . . . which have the ability to "DELAY" age-related brain damage".

Some other elements to help the breakdown of "amyloid plaque" in the brain would be . . .

High doses of vitamin C like in . . . Amla, which helps the body produce norepinephrine . . . a neurotransmitter believed to improve brain function in people with dementia

"Cinnamon" . . . Ceylon ONLY . . . Not Cassia . . . the kind you by in the grocery store . . . can also help to reduce "amyloid plaques" in the brain by "inhibiting" aggregation and filament formation.

And finally . . . eating an "ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET".

This is a diet that is LOW in Omega 6 fatty acid and high in Omega 3 fatty acids.

So tomorrow, let's continue to talk about the benefits of "spinach"
