What "foods" can help with a "Heavy Metal Detox" - continued?

So yesterday . . . I gave you a list of "foods" that we need to add to our diet to help "flush" toxins out of the body.

Well . . . today let's continue . . .

"Ginger" is an excellent "anti-inflammatory" with properties that can help the body "eliminate" heavy metals.

It can be consumed raw, cooked or in supplement form . . . with "raw" being the best

"Turmeric" contains a compound called . . . "curcumin". . . . which has also been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that can help the body eliminate "heavy metals".

And this is due to its ability to "scavenge free radicals" . . . as well as "chelate" . . . or bind to . . . heavy metals in the body.

Another "good food" would be . . .

Wild blueberries . . . they're high in "antioxidant" properties that help the body "mop up" the free radicals produced when the body encounters "heavy metals".

Now . . . "including" more "fiber-rich" foods in the diet like . . . whole grains and fruits . . . are not only good for overall health . . . they also help with the "flushing" system of the body.

So, tomorrow . . . let's talk about "Epsom salts"

As always, feel free to DM or contact me at: miraclemeadows.net/contact/
