What "HERBS" can help kill an "Overgrowth" of "Candida"?

So, today . . . let's talk about how some foods can "kill" the "fungal" infection lurking deep within us called . . . "Candida"

And they would be with . . . herbs like . . .

Garlic

Ginger

Echinacea

Grapefruit seed extract

Oregano

Berberine

Or . . . food sources like . . .

Caprylic acid (coconut oil)

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, arugula, cabbage and radishes

Lemon juice

Sauerkraut

And . . . Drinking LOTS and LOTS of "WATER"!!!

This is due to . . . "water" having the ability to "flush" out a "yeast/fungal" infection from the body.

How you ask???

Well . . . "yeast/fungus" . . . feeds on the sugar "presented" to the body . . . aka . . . this Western diet . . .

And with this . . .

The "sugar" and "carbs" . . . can lead to an "overgrowth" and infection of "Candida".

But . . . when we drink "sufficient" water . . . "SUGAR" is "flushed" out of the body and therefore . . . greatly "reduces" the chances of the body being a "HOST" to a "yeast/fungal" infections . . . known as . . . "Candida"!!!

So, what about "Probiotics"?

Well . . . "probiotics" . . . "spore forming" that is . . . have the ability to "restore" the balance of intestinal flora . . . that's our "good" bacteria . . . in the large intestine where "bad" bacteria and "fungus" are "supposed" to be living in harmony with the "good".

And with this . . . "repopulation" of "good" bacteria . . . can help to "reduce" the risk of getting an "overgrowth" of Candida . . . and "reduce" the "fungi's" population if you already have an "overgrowth.

So, by "adding" probiotics to the diet . . . this will "strengthen" the gut's mucosal lining . . . which will strengthen the "immune system".

So next week . . . let's talk about the "connection" between "Candida" and "Psoriasis"!

Please, stay healthy and safe this weekend . . . and remember to be "mindful" in our world.
