"2026" is the year of the "HORSE"

Good morning my friends . . .

I hope to find you well . . .

So . . . I'm not an avid "Zodiac" person . . .

But . . . coming off a year like we had in "2025" . . . the year of the "SNAKE" . . .

I'm all for this year . . . 2026 . . . being the year of the "horse"!!!

Why you ask???

Well . . . in this crazy world of today . . . I think we need all the help we can get . . .

You see . . . in Chinese Zodiac . . . the year of the "FIRE HORSE' . . . starts tomorrow on Feb. 17th, 2026

And this symbol of the "horse" represents . . .

Intense energy

Bold action

Passion

Forward movement

New opportunities

Personal growth and breakthroughs

Change, transformation

and FREEDOM

"Horses" represent . . . strength . . . freedom . . . and spirited perseverance . . .

They have a strong drive for progress . . . decisive choices and getting things done quickly . . .

They have natural energy . . . bringing enthusiasm . . . and intensity to the world . . .

Whereas . . . last year . . . the year of the "snake" . . . was a less desirable year . . . due to it being associated with "misfortune" . . .

So, whether you believe in Chinese Zodiac or not . . .

We need to take this year and . . .

Push for self-expression

Break free from restrictions

Challenge old patterns

Pursue new goals with clear purpose

Balance our life with patience

Make new beginnings and significant shifts

And create new growth

The year of the "HORSE" . . . is about . . . courage . . . and redefining purpose . . .

It's a POWERFUL . . . PIVOTAL year . . . with the opportunity for "innovation" . . . and "moments" of "deep structural change"!!!!

Which demands . . . "balance" . . . and "persistence" for SUCCESS!!!

BUT . . . with that being said . . .

We must be "mindful" . . . and remember that "ACTION" . . . without "DIRECTION" . . . can lead to chaos . . .

So . . . a "strategic" plan . . . is KEY!!!

And that's what we're going to talk about this month . . .

A "strategic" plan for "BETTER HEALTH" . . . "HEALTHY EATING" . . . and "CLEAN LIVING"!!!

To me . . . that's what this year of 2026 represents . . .

So, let's be that beautiful creation of God's . . . and move forward for a more defined life .

It was once said . . .

"A horse gallops with his lungs, perseveres with his heart . . .and wins with his character"!

So, this week . . . let's continue with . . . "eating healthy" . . . and "why" we are . . . what we eat!!!
