Controlling our "WEIGHT" in 2026

Good morning my friends . . .


So, we just spent the past 4week . . . talking about the "mechanics" of the human body . . .


And what "signals" and "signs" we should be looking for in all our bodily "systems" . . . for optimal health . . .


We also spoke about "why" . . . we need to take care of our "LIVER" and its connection to our "cholesterol" issues!!!


So, with this information . . . we should have just "set" ourselves up for a "healthier" 2026 with all that "knowledge" . . .


But . . . in reality with January over . . . many of us are still thinking about the few extra pounds we've accumulated from all that yumminess and social drinking over the holidays!


And we've been "thinking" about our New Year's Resolution to "lose" weight and be healthier in 2026.


Not to mention . . . "SPRING" is only about 7 weeks away my friends . . .


And those "short" and "bathing suits" . . . WILL . . . be calling out our name!!!


So, this week . . . and for the months of February and March . . . let's get "serious" about our health and "WEIGHT"!!!


And, with that being said . . .
