How do we "reverse" ADRENDAL EXHAUSTION?

So, the question for today is this . . . how do we get our strength back and feel better . . . after experiencing "adrenal exhaustion"???


Well . . . we would need to do things like . . .


SELF-CARE!!!!!!

Meditation

Deep breathing

Mindfulness

Eating a healthy diet (an anti-inflammatory one)

Exercise more, but moderately

Get more sleep

and give up smoking, alcohol and drugs . . . including CAFFEINE


Other things we need to do would be . . .


Learn to say "no" . . . to non-essential commitments . . . and prioritize tasks to reduce being overwhelmed


And what supplementation can help???


Well . . . in the "alternative" world of medicine (my world) . . . supplements like . . .


Ashwagandha

GABA

L-theanine

Phosphatidylserine

Vitamin B3, B5, B6 and C


You see . . . elements like B5 can help balance hormones and reverse symptoms of "adrenal fatigue" in the body.


But . . . the "biggest" factor is SLEEP my friends . . .


This was my problem . . . due to my arm being in such pain 24/7 . . . I couldn't get into a comfortable position to sleep . . .


So, for months . . . I was pretty much up all night . . . and then with my mom having a stroke and passing away . . . the "stress" to my body was just TOO much . . .


So, due to "my" scenario . . . this lack of sleep was a "major stressor" to my body . . . which "raised" my "cortisol" levels to try an "counteract" the distress call in my body and life . . .


And therefore . . . my "adrenal glands" had to work OVERTIME to produce all that "stress hormone"!!!!


UNTIL MY "ADRENALS" JUST GOT TOO TIRED . . . and couldn't produce enough!!!!


And this . . . is "ADRENAL EXHAUSTION"!!!!


So, how long does it take to "fix" adrenal fatigue???


Well . . . it can take "several" months to "over a year" to heal these glands.


And . . . it's all about "SELF-CARE" people . . .


With . . .


Good "natural" supplementation

Lifestyle changes

and Detoxification


So, let's start this new year of "2025" . . .


With my favorite saying . . .


"It is far better for the health and development of any thinking and feeling, uniquely individual human being to pursue" . . .

And with this . . . I believe . . .


"KNOWLEDGE IS THE POWER OF HEALING"!!!


So . . . "2025" needs to be about "SELF-CARE" my friends . . . so we have the strength to help others . . . and change the world!!!
