Oh my gosh . . . so happy to be back! Mon Sept. 14th

Good morning my friends . . .

I hope to find you all happy and healthy . .

So, I have truly MISSED you all . . .

And I'll be so happy to start posting again next month in October!

Okay . . . so, for those of you that haven't already heard yet . . .

Let's catch you up to speed in this crazy world I call my life . . .

Because a LOT of unexpected things have happen this summer.

So . . . here we go . . .

My leg is doing well . . . no more walker or cane . . . whoo-hoo!!!

There is some nerve damage I'll have to deal with . . . but overall . . . I'm good!

I've recovered from the "Postoperative delirium" from the anesthesia I had from my corrective knee surgery . . . that took about 8 weeks . . .

I cancelled our class union due to lack of interest and attendance . . . that was very surprising to me . . .

And my kids decided it was time to move back to Florida . . .

AND . . .

They asked my husband and I to go with them . . .

Well . . . after a LOT of conversation, tears and soul searching . . .

My husband and I have decided to make the move . . .

You see . . . we all lived in Florida for 20+ years . . . and moved back home to Ct. 10 years ago to help take care of my parents in their time of need.

You know . . . "completing the circle of life"!

Well . . . my daughter-in-law made the ultimate sacrifice of leaving her "own" family 10 years ago to help with my parents . . . who have since passed away.

So, it's time to repay this "act of kindness" by moving back to Florida to help "her" with her family.

So, after many, many tears . . . we've just sold our beautiful home.

And we'll be moving back down south the end of this month.

Now . . . I know this is very unexpected for many of you . . . me included!!!!

But . . . our beautiful home sold very quickly . . .

Now . . . I'm sure you're wondering about the Cottage Food/Farm stand . . .

Well, we found a lovely young family that is going to continue with my business and the tradition of healthy living and eating.

So, I'll be taking the next few weeks to pack and move our farm "once again" back to Florida . . .

And . . . I'll be starting up the middle of Oct with Health Tips after we've moved in to our new home.

Now . . . the Cottage Food Stand will be "TEMPORARILY" closed on Sept. 20th . . .

And the Farmstand for eggs will be "TEMPORARILY" closed on Sept. 23rd

The new owner will announce their "grand opening"

So, I'll leave you today with this thought. . .

As Shakespeare once said . . .

"Parting is such sweet sorrow" . . .

This is truly a "bitter sweet" moment for me!!!
