"Skin Cancer" - what's it all about? Tues Apr 15th

Okay . . . so yesterday . . . we spoke about how the "SUN" . . . DOES NOT directly CAUSE . . . SKIN CANCER . . .

So, today . . . let's continue . . .

We now know . . . the U.S. National Library of Medicine states:

"Acetaldehyde is a carcinogenic byproduct of ETHANOL metabolism" . . .

And evidence supports the link between "alcohol" (ethanol) and its carcinogenic byproduct . . . BEING the MAJOR CAUSE of SKIN CANCER!

And that this "ethanol" and its byproduct . . . gets into the digestive system and then into our bloodstream . . . followed by entering the "lymphatic system" .

And we also know . . . that the "SKIN" is the LARGEST organ of the "lymphatic system" and the body.

So, at this point . . . where does that leave us???

Well . . . This byproduct . . . DEPLETES . . . "oxygen" in our cells . . .

And with this "lack of ample oxygen" . . . it can DAMAGE our DNA . . .

Causing it to MUTATE . . . MULTIPLY . . . AND . . . become CANCEROUS.

We've spoken about THIS many times before people!!!

So, LISTEN UP . . . the "connection" between the "SUN" and "SKIN CANCER" is this . . .

When we have "ETHANOL" and its toxic, carcinogenic byproduct . . . "floating" in our bloodstream . . . and then in our "Lymphatic system" . . .

This "ETHANOL" ultimately gets into our "SKIN" . . . which as we know now . . . is a major part of the lymphatic system.

Got that so far???

Great!!!

Now . . . "IF" . . . we have any "DAMAGE" to the skin . . . done by the "SUN" via "sunburn" or extended sun exposure . . .

This . . . NOW ALLOWS . . . these "toxins" (ethanol) to take over the "damaged" skin cells . . . to become "CANCEROUS"!!!

So . . . it's "NOT" actually the "SUN" that causes the "cancer"!!!

The "SUN" . . . MAY damage the structure of skin cells . . . due to multiple sunburns or years of sun exposure . . .

BUT . . . "IF" . . . the body can eliminate "ethanol" that's presented to it . . . CORRECTLY . . .

Then . . . those "damaged" cells . . . just become scar tissue and NOT . . . CANCEROUS!!!!

These cells . . . "ONLY" . . . become "CANCEROUS" . . . "IF" . . . "ETHANOL" can get to those damaged "CELLS"!!!!!!!!!!

So, next time you're out in the "sun" . . . and drinking that beer or alcoholic beverage . . .

Maybe . . . we need to think TWICE about that!!!!
