What is "Limbic Retraining" all about?

So, the question for today is this . . . what is "limbic system" RETRAINING???


Well . . . as we now know . . . the "limbic system" of the "brain" . . . is very "important" for good "decision-making", rational thinking, memory and concentration.


We also now know . . . that the covid-19 virus . . . and its vaccines . . . have the ability to "alter" and even "damage" . . . the "limbic system" of the brain.


So . . . HOW DO WE FIX IT . . . so we can "ALL" be at the top of our game with intelligent, rational thinking and decision-making???


Because I know I what to be . . . especially . . . if another "virus" and pandemic are inevitable!


Okay . . . so let's break it down . . .


This kind of "training" . . . decreases "threat arousal" . . . resulting in the "healing" of different areas of the brain by "rebalancing" inhibition and activation.


Which in turn . . . regulates the "fight or flight" response . . . and even regulates the "freeze response.


Now . . . we've spoken about "fight", "flight" and "freeze" reactions before . . . but, if you forgot . . . let's refresh your memory quickly.


The "fight", "flight" or "freeze" response . . . is how the body "responds" to perceived threats or situation in life.


It's an "involuntary" action . . . and involves a number of physiological changes to the body.


"FIGHT" . . . is to take action to "eliminate" the danger or the volatile situation at hand.


"FLIGHT" . . . is to "flee" from a situation to "escape" the danger or conflict at hand.


"FREEZE" . . . is to become "immobile" . . . stagnant . . . or "unresponsive" to a situation in life . . .


Here, the brain can't "decide" whether to "fight" or "flee" . . . and just "freezes" . . .


"NO" DECISION-MAKING . . . is done at all here!!!


So . . . do you ever feel like that???


Well . . . if you do . . . "damage" to the "limbic system" . . . can produce a wide range of symptoms like . . .


Mood changes and mood swings like . . . anger, fear, sadness or irritability


Memory loss . . . short or long term


Behavioral changes like . . . aggression


Sleep issues like . . . too much or too little


Intrusive thoughts or memories like . . . panic


Detachment from others, society . . . or even yourself


And due to the "limbic system" being "responsible" for . . .


Emotional regulation

Memory formation

Recalling

Sexual behavior regulation

And helping the body respond to "stress" . . .


Any "damage" to this important system can also cause . . .


Cognitive and mental disorders like . . .


Depression

Anxiety

Bipolar disorder

Dementia

Alzheimer's disease

And Movement disorders like MS and Parkinson's


So . . . tomorrow, let's continue to talk about ways to fix this important system naturally . . . now that we know how this system works.


"Retraining" is about "rebalancing" . . . fight, flight and freeze . . . so we can make "rational decisions" about life.
