So . . . what's the #1 food causing us "INFLAMMATION" in today's world???
Well . . . according to John Hopkins Medicine . . . the #1 food would be . . .
RED MEAT like . . . hamburger and steak
And PROCESSED MEAT like . . . bacon, sausage, bologna and lunch meats.
And this is due to these meats being . . . "high" in "saturated fats" . . . (Omega 6 fatty acids) . . . which cause us "inflammation"!!!
Okay . . . and #2 on the list was . . .
BAKED GOOD like . . . any commercial snacks, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, pretzels, pastries, breads, crackers and wheat pastas
So basically people . . . "EVERYTHING" on this Western diet we love so much . . . is an "INFLAMMATORY" food.
Okay . . . so, what are some foods that can "FLUSH OUT" inflammation from the body???
Well . . . they would be . . .
Fruits
Vegetables
Berries
Omega 3 Fatty fish
Nuts
Leafy greens
Oatmeal
Olive oil
Coconut oil
So . . . let's get it together people . . . and start fixing our "body" and "mind" with an "anti-inflammatory" diet . . .
And with this . . . it will "correct" the body and its "limbic system" of the brain to give us more "clarity" of the world's issues and this great countries "state of confusion"!!!
TIME IS TICKING PEOPLE . . . things in this world are "NOT" getting any better . . .
And your health and mental "clarity" . . . need "YOU" to step to the plate . . . and change the world.
