What kind of "WATER" is best?



So, the question for today is this . . . what "kind" of water is best to drink and how much of it???


Well . . . the first part of that question is the most complexed . . .


You see . . . there's


Tap water

Bottled water

Mineral water

Spring water

Purified water

Distilled water

and Alkaline water


So, which one do we choose???


Well . . . let's break it down to better understand . . .


Tap water - this can be regulated by government agencies to ensure safety . . . or it can come from a natural well. It can contain minerals like calcium and magnesium . . . and can be filtered at home for additional purification


Bottled water - comes in all types with elements like minerals, purified and most of the time meets high standards for safety . . . if . . . it's in a glass bottle


Mineral water - contains naturally occurring minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium which can provide healthy benefits and improve bone health


True Spring water - (not bottled) is a natural source of water that has been filtered through underground rock formations and contains essential minerals such as calcium , magnesium and potassium . . . it's naturally "alkalizing", reducing acidity . . . improves digestion and reduces bloating . . . and contains no chlorine, fluoride or lead


Purified water - has been processed to remove bacteria, viruses and minerals


Distilled water - is just purified water that has been "boiled" and the "steam" collected


Alkaline water - is higher in pH value than regular water . . . making this water less "acidic"


So, what's the safest "water" to drink and "still" has all the minerals we need for optimal health???


Well, that would be . . .


"Spring water" . . . it's actually considered . . . one of the healthiest waters to drink


And this is due to it being "filtered" underground . . . and contains mineral like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium.


"Alkaline water" . . . is next . . . due to also containing minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium . . . it also helps protect the body from "free radicals" and keep the pH level of the body balanced for optimal health


BUT . . . TOO MUCH "ALKALINE WATER" CAN CAUSE A WEAKEN IMMUNE SYSTEM AND BONES


And finally . . . "mineral water" . . . and this is due to again being "filtered" underground . . . containing minerals like magnesium calcium and sodium, which can help lower blood pressure and strengthen bones
