What's the best "WATER" to "DRINK"?

So, today . . . let's talk about the importance of the RIGHT water . . .
Because ALL water . . . ."IS NOT CREATED EQUAL"!!!
We've spoken many time before about "ACIDITY" and "ALKALINITY".
And how an "acidic" body . . . is a body that DOES NOT have ample "OXYGEN" in its cells . . .
And with this . . . the body has an "inflammatory" response causing illness and cancer.
So, where does "WATER" fit into this equation???
Well . . . as we now know . . . "water" is essential for life . . . and plays an important role in the human body.
"Water" makes up over 60% of the body and is crucial for maintaining "HYDRATION" as we spoke a week ago with "hunger" vs "thirst".
And with this . . . it helps "regulate" . . .
Body temperature
Lubricate joints
and Protect our organs and tissues
"Water" also . . .
Transports nutrients, oxygen and hormones throughout the body to our cells
Flushes out waste products like toxins and urea via our urine and sweat glands
It aids in the "digestive" process by softening food and facilitating the movement of food through the digestive tract
Is involved in metabolic processes like breaking down food and producing energy for the body
Is essential for maintaining proper brain function and cognitive abilities
Helps regulate blood pressure, improve mood and promotes healthy skin and hair
And helps dilute and remove allergens and irritants and supports the immune system
So, we can clearly see . . . just how important "water" is to the human body.
But . . . WHAT KIND . . . and HOW MUCH???
