So, yesterday . . . we discovered that "cayenne pepper" is excellent for our "immunity" and can "boost" our immune system by healing our gut.
And it's also excellent for killing fungal, bacterial and some viral infection.
So, what else is it good for???
Well . . . it can relieve congestion . . .
And therefore . . . it can relieve . . .
Bronchitis
Headaches
Stuffy noses
Sinus infections
Sore throats
Laryngitis
So, it's great for the "respiratory system"
It can ALSO . . .stimulate the "nerves" in the stomach that produce digestive fluids . . . for better digestion . . . and breaking down of our food . . .
This in turn . . . will help relieve indigestion, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome.
And with this . . . it can also "boost" the production of "good" bacteria in our gut.
Which can even help prevent stomach "ulcers"!!!
Okay . . . so what about our "circulatory system"???
Well . . . this "pepper" has the ability to help control "blood flow" . . . and even ease symptoms of Raynaud disease.
And can "strengthen" the heart, arteries, capillaries and nerves . . . reducing the risk of heart disease.
BUT NOTE:
"Cayenne pepper" is a natural "BLOOD THINNER" . . . so, "IF" . . . you're already taking a conventional blood thinner . . . this "pepper" is NOT FOR YOU!!!
Please, consult with your own healthcare provider . . .
Okay . . . so moving on . . .
This little "pepper" can even "block" pain signals and reduce inflammation.
Therefore . . . it can alleviate pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia and other similar conditions.
It's an "antioxidant" powerhouse . . . that's rich in antioxidants including vitamin C . . . which can protect cells from damage caused by "free radicals" . . .
Which leads us to its anti-cancer properties . . . that can inhibit the growth and spread of certain types of cancer cells like . . .
Pancreatic
Colonic
Prostatic
Esophageal
Bladder
Skin
Leukemia
Lung
Endothelial cells
and Liver
So, tomorrow . . . let's continue . . . because this little "pepper" has a lot more to tell.
