Balancing my "ELECTRONS" in the Winter months

So . . . how do I stay "grounded" in the winter months when I can't feel the grass between my toes???
Well . . . I use a "grounding mat".
And what is a "grounding mat" you ask???
Well, grounding mats are designed to be plugged into a "grounded electrical outlet" . . .
Which creates a connection like the one in the Earth's natural energy.
And the theory is this . . .
The Earth's "negatively" charged electrons flow through the mat and into the body . . . helping to "neutralize" positively charged "free radicals" that contribute to "inflammation" and "disease"!!!!
With benefits being . . .
Reduced inflammation
Improved sleep . . . and this is due to our hormone called "cortisol" . . . the stress hormone and belly fat producer.
Stress reduction . . . due to shifting the autonomic nervous system to help reduce stress and anxiety
Enhanced blood flow . . . improving circulation
and Faster Wound healing . . . for wound and injuries
You know . . . years ago . . . my dad was in poor health and couldn't feel his feet . . .
And as we know . . . many times as we age . . . this is a common issue.
Losing the sensitivity in our legs and feet.
So . . . I bought him a "grounding mat" and at first . . .
Well . . . if you knew my dad at all . . .
You know he called . . . B___Sh__ on that one
But . . . within a few week of using it every day . . .
He could actually start to feel his feet again.
So, yes . . . especially with me breaking my "kneecap" a few months ago . . .
I will definitely be using my "grounding mat" this winter.
