Are you living without a "gallbladder" ???
Well . . . 16 years ago when I had my "gallbladder" removed due to it "thickening" . . .
I was told . . . after the surgery and a few days to recover . . . I'd feel like a million bucks . . .
BUT . . . in reality . . . that wasn't true!!!
You see . . . most people experience digestive issues after their "gallbladder" is removed like . . .
An "adjustment" period of "trouble" digesting fats and heavier meals for a month or so.
Digestive "discomfort" like bloating, gas, diarrhea or nausea
And remember . . . that "bile" . . . is now just "dripping" constantly into the "small" intestine . . .
So we've "lost" some and/or most of the "power" and "strength" of that "bile's" ability to "digest" FATS!!!!!
So, how do we help this process for "NORMALCY"???
Well . . . doing things like . . .
Eating smaller amounts of fat at a time.
Choose low-fat or fat-free foods
Increasing fiber into the diet
Avoiding heavily spiced foods
and reducing CAFFEINE intake
Or . . . MY little "secret" to eating "normal" . . .
Giving my "liver" a break from producing "bile" . . .
And at the same time . . . "increasing" the "bile" in my "small" intestine for "optimal" digestion . . .
And I do this by . . . adding a "natural" outside source of "bile" to my diet!
