Candida and "DIE-OFF" - continued

So, yesterday . . . we discovered what happens when the body starts to "kill" off an "overgrowth" of "yeast/fungus".

And with this . . . it may cause the "Hexheimer" reaction . . . or better known as "die-off".

So, today . . . let's dig a little deeper with information to better understand this process . . .

Question . . . when you "look" at your "POOP" . . . do you have . . .

White, yellow or brown "mucus" in or on it???

Or . . . white, yellow or light brown "string-like" substances???

What about . . . froth or foam???

Well . . . "IF" you do . . . this is "dead" Candida . . . that the body has "eliminated".

And what about our "urine"???

When you "PEE" . . . do you see . . .

Budding yeasts in your bubbles???

Well . . . this is another "sign" that the body has a "yeast/fungal" OVERGROWTH . . . that it's TRYING TO KILL!!!

Okay . . . so, how long does it take for you to feel "normal" again after "die-off" symptoms have stopped???

Well . . . "die-off" is a relatively "short-term" response . . . that takes place when "detoxing" the body.

And it actually depends on "HOW" much of an "overgrowth" is in the body . . . as to . . . "how" long it will take to "detoxify" the body.

So, tomorrow . . . let's talk about ways to "help" this process . . . with the "LEAST" amount of "die-off" symptoms.

As always, feel free to DM or contact me at: miraclemeadows.net/contact/
