"Candida" and our "Physical Health - continued

So, today . . . let's continue . . . with how "Candida" can affect our "physical health" . . .


Okay . . . so, what did you think about yesterday's "list" of "Candida symptoms"???


Well . . . "IF" . . . these symptoms . . . are left "UNTREATED" . . . we "will" see . . . painful sores in or on the body . . . infertility . . . and potentially deadly bloodstream infections.


So, how can it most "commonly" affect our "physical health"???


Well . . . "Candida" in the "mouth" . . . can cause pain, redness . . . and/or white or yellow patches.


The "lips" . . . can develop "discolored" patches . . . and the edges of the mouth can become cracked.


The "throat and/or tonsils" . . . can become swollen and painful . . . which difficulty swallowing.


"Genital Candida" . . . also called a "yeast infection" . . . can cause pain, itchiness . . . redness around the vagina . . . and may cause an abnormal discharge.


"Intestinal Candida" . . . can cause "gut" issues . . . and can "compromise" the body's ability to "absorb" and use "nutrients".


And . . . "Invasive Candida" . . . in the bloodstream . . . can cause fever and chills . . . and can become deadly . . . as the "fugus" can spread "all" throughout the body.


So . . . how can we "REDUCE" this "yeast/fungus" in the body back to a "NORMAL" amount???


Well . . . the "first" key would be to . . .


"ELIMINATE" foods that have "yeast" in them like . . .


CRACKERS . . . being one of the "highest" amount

Bread

Cakes

Biscuits

Cookies

Flour

Milk

Hamburgers buns

Hotdog buns

Pastries

Pretzels

Rolls

Any MEAT "fried" in breading

Vinegar and products that contain vinegar

Beer

Wine

Mushrooms (due to being part of the FUNGI family)

SUGARRefined carbohydrates

Processed foods

And "ALL" fruits . . . fresh, canned, dried, etc.


Next . . . we would need to help "flush" Candia out of the body by . . . drinking more . . .


Plain water

Lemon water

Bone broth


And "eating" more . . .


Vegetables like . . . salad, steamed vegetables with a small amount of protein.


Now. tomorrow . . . let's talk about what "vitamins" will help!
